Morgan le Fay grows wings, changes shape, and heals. Depending on who you ask she is either a wicked enchantress or a smart girl who grows into a powerful woman.

The CCOF certified Lolonis Vineyard in Mendocino’s Redwood Valley was planted in 1944 and is one of the oldest Chardonnay plantings in the state. It is well tended and provides plently of habitat for both pollinators and predators alike.

Barrel fermented and racked off the gross lees once, I keep it topped in neutral oak with no stirring.

There are aromas of delicate white flowers with a light to medium body. Stone fruit, citrus peels, and pears add to the flinty finish.

Bottled on August 8th with Origine by Diam 10 corks which use a 100% bio-based polyol, from a renewable source, are coasted with beeswax, and stamped with a heart.
